Q. What kind of shipping charges can I set?
A. The Commission Cart configuration file offers three types of settings for shipping charges.
| • | A minimum (or base) dollar amount for shipping
(defined in the setup file) |
| • | A percentage of each item's $ price
(defined in the setup file) |
| • | An individual (per item) shipping charge
(set in the database creator) |
| • | A foreign shipping surcharge can also be added to regular shipping charges for orders being sent out of the country
(defined in the setup file) |

Q. Will Commission Cart allow me to set price, color, size and quantities?
A. Yes, Commission Cart has several fields available that will accept and relay the data for price, color, size and quantity
(set for each product individually in the Database Creator).

Q. Can I set the program to only charge tax for my state?
A. Yes, this variable would be enabled by choosing your state from the "STATE TAX" list in the setup file.

Q. Does it matter if I am using a UNIX or NT server?
A. Not at all! Commission Cart will run on both UNIX and NT servers. Please read our "program requirements" for more information.

Q. Can I change the headers and footers so that all of my pages look consistant?
A. Absolutely! Simply copy your code into two files (one file containing the code for the top of the page and another with the code for the bottom), define the file paths in the setup file.

Q. How I can change my Administration Password?
A. Manually delete the password.txt file and set the password again.

Q. Why am I getting a 405 Method Not Allowed error?
A. 405 Method Not Allowed error means that you are trying to run a program/script from a directory in which programs or scripts may not executed. Either you don't have set the correct directory permissions, or you need to contact your server administrator to have them set permissions for you.

Q. How can I request features to be added to an upcoming release?
A. If you have a special request or an idea that you think others may also benefit from, please use our contact form to send your request. All requests are kept and reviewed for consideration.

Q. How will I know when a new version has been released?
A. As a registered user, you will receive an e-mail announcing a new version release or update. If there is no charge to the update or upgrade, this e-mail will also include a new download authorization code.

Q. Does Commission Cart calculate commissions automatically?
A. Absolutely! Detailed Transaction Logs keep track of each sale, including affiliate account information and commissions earned. The administrator is automatically e-mailed when it is time to pay an affiliate.

Q. Can my affiliates check their own statistics and commissions?
A. Yes. Your affiliates will be able to view their sales and clicks from their own Affiliate Statistics access area, including paid and unpaid commissions.

Q. Where is the installation tutorial for Commission Cart?
A. First, access the registered users area using the username and password you selected when you registered. Follow the "Commission Cart" link at the bottom of the page in the section titled Technical Support. Follow the "Support Documentation" link.
The registered users login is located at the top of every page.

Q. I don't remember my username and password. How do I find it?
A. To locate your username or password, follow the "lost password" link on the left side of this page in the Support Areas box. Enter the e-mail address you used when you first registered and our system will automatically e-mail you the required information.

Q. Do you offer professional installation of Account Manager. How much does it cost?
A. Yes, we do offer professional installation for each of our scripts. For only $45 per half hour (with a one hour minimum) we will install the Commission Cart script for you. The average required time for a Commission Cart installation is 1 1/2 hours.
